Production, Processing & Shipping Time Frames:
Our products are manufactured upon request according to our customers' specifications. For these reasons, it generally takes five to six weeks from the date of order to receive your products via standard shipping. If you need to receive your items sooner, you can select expedited shipping at checkout. There is a surcharge for rushing your order and moving it ahead of all other orders. If you select expedited shipping, you can receive your order within two to three weeks. We do not and cannot guarantee your product(s) will arrive in any specified time frame nor do we warrant against delays resulting from shipping vendor/carrier caused or contributed delays.
Shipping Vendors/Carriers We Use:
Typically, your package will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, United States Postal Service, DHL or Spee-Dee depending on which carrier is the most efficient and cost effective, as determined by us, to your address. However, we reserve the right to use any shipping vendor or carrier of our choice.
Locations We Ship To:
We currently only ship products to locations within the United States. We reserve the right to, but are not obligated to, ship our products to other locations or destinations.
Shipping Charges and Fees:
Shipping costs and fees are dependent upon the shipping method chosen, the time frame selected for delivery, the location the item(s) is/are being shipped to and the weight of the item(s) that are being shipped. Shipping rates and fees are subject to change and we do not control the rates and fees shipping vendors/carriers charge. We reserve the right to choose the shipping vendor/carrier and to select the method of shipment. We are not obligated to track the shipment of your products nor are we responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise associated with shipping activities or for errors caused or attributed by/to shipping vendors/carriers. We are not responsible for strikes, lockouts, acts of God or other causative or contributing factors that may delay the shipping of your products.
Duties, Customs and Import Fees:
Please be aware that our items ship from the United States. Purchases made outside of the United States may incur additional taxes and import fees that are not included in the regular shipping fees. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and, unfortunately, we are unable to collect or remit these fees or taxes on your behalf.
