Refund policy

Damaged or Incorrect Item(s):

We will gladly exchange items at no cost (including covering all shipping fees) if we have processed or shipped your order in error. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us at support@matchformalwear.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item you received because you want a different product, color, pattern, etc. you may do so within 5 days from when you received your order. A 20% exchange fee will be applied. All exchanged items must be returned in the same condition as received, meaning unworn or unused, without any damage, with tags still affixed and in the original packaging. You will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for all shipping charges for the exchanged item(s) back to our store and for the shipping costs (if any) of the newly exchanged item(s). There are no exchanges on marked or special order items.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item(s) you desire is to return the item(s) you have and immediately order the item(s) you desire as a separate purchase. Once your exchange item(s) are received and inspected, you will be credited the amount of the original purchase price minus any restocking/exchange or other fees for each item(s) automatically via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You can always contact us for any exchange questions at support@matchformalwear.com.

Returns:

If you would like to return an item you may do so within 5 days from when you received your order. All returned products must be returned in the same condition as received, meaning unworn or unused, without any damage, with tags still affixed and in the original packaging. You will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee and return shipping must be prepaid by the buyer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any fees. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, personalized items, used items, damaged items or gift cards. Please contact us at support@matchformalwear.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
